The RCIA is the Reformed CIA after the Jason Bourne incident. The first thing the RCIA did was obtain Bourne's DNA from the NSA, and create two clones from the DNA: Magenta and Scarlet Bourne . They were renamed into Thomas and Tina Bourne, respectively. Tina was assassinated by Thomas, who said that he should be the only one to supersede Jason Bourne. However, the RCIA secretly created Tyler Bourne . The RCIA hired agents and created a training academy to rebuild its former glory.
Training Academy History
The RCIA collected 3 children of the Avengers: Grim Rogers, Steven Rogers, Jr., and Maximus Stark. The 3, along with Tom and Tyler Bourne, were placed in the RCIA Training Academy.
